Each shoe shape starts with a base price and as you add in embellishments, inscriptions and premium leather, your shoe price will be calculated accordingly – allowing you full control of the cost of your design.

We make our shoes in EU 34-42, including half sizes. If your shoe size is outside this range, please get in touch with us at orders@shoenvious.com to make special arrangements.

If the shoes you own tend to feel overly spacious in width, you should consider selecting a narrow width size. If the shoes you own tend to feel noticeably narrow or snug, then you should consider selecting a wide width size.

If your shoes are slightly tight, you can also take your shoes to a local cobbler who will be able to stretch your shoes by up to half a size to make them much more comfortable. Email us a copy of the receipt and we will add credits to your account to cover this cost.

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, and your order and delivery address have been verified will your order be confirmed. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order.
No changes can be made once an order is placed. We work hard to reduce our delivery time and provide you with your order within the shortest possible time frame, so we usually put your items into production as soon as we receive your order.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return your shoes for remake. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all packaging and inserts. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box.

The color of your shoes may be slightly different from what you have seen at your computer screen. Even though we have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible - every monitor will represent colors slightly differently.
There may also be minimal differences in color between different batches of the same leather – so the color on your new shoes may be slightly different from the one you’ve seen in our samples or the one that you had on your last pair.
