Your shoe is then handmade using a highly impressive and extensive process that includes hundreds of manual tasks: from cutting the patterns, hand stitching the leather and adding the finishing touches.

As your shoes are made-to-order, no refunds can be made. However, your shoes are covered by our 100% SIZE GUARANTEE. If you ordered the wrong size, return your shoes in unworn condition within 30 days and we will remake your shoes to the correct size at no additional charges.
