- The last, patterns and components of your shoes are prepared and gathered according to your specifications. A highly-specialized team, including specialist suppliers, work in tandem to bring your shoe design to life
- The leather and materials you’ve chosen is manually cut. We meticulously source our materials to achieve exceptional softness, comfort and quality
- Your shoe is made by hand, piece by piece and with great precision, using a highly impressive and extensive process that includes 70-200 steps: from stitching the upper and reinforcements together, mounting the soles and adding the finishing touches
- We send you updates as your shoes are made. When your shoes are ready, we also send you a photo of your shoe design before they are shipped to your door.
- Receive your shoes in 3-8 weeks. The meticulous attention to detail we put to each shoe is what ultimately defines your shoes. You will see and feel the difference as soon as you put them on.
What is the quality of our shoes like?
The attention we pay to the smaller elements of your customized shoe is what will make it the best pair you have ever owned. You can be confident we have gone to great lengths ensure the utmost standard of quality in production. Every step of the way, from leather selection to stitching we place an emphasis on quality control. We appreciate our customers for putting their faith in Shoenvious and want to reward this with the highest quality product we can produce.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered, the wrong size, we would remake your shoe a size up and down, subject to size availability, and only in the same design, width, color and material of the original purchase. Simply sign into your account and under “MY ORDERS”, select the shoes that need to be remade. Click on the "CONTACT US ABOUT THIS ORDER" button. If your shoes are slightly tight, you can also take your shoes to a local cobbler who will be able to stretch your shoes by up to half a size to make them much more comfortable. Email us a copy of the receipt and we will add credits to your account to cover this cost.
How can I track my order?
When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email and a link to check the status of your shipment.
What should i do if my shoes are a little tight?
You can take your shoes to a local cobbler who will be able to stretch your shoes by up to half a size to make them much more comfortable. Email us a copy of the receipt and we will add credits to your account to cover this cost.
How can i return shoes for remake?
You have 10 days from the date you received your order to return your shoes for remake. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all packaging and inserts. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box.
If you ordered, the wrong size, we would remake your shoe a size up and down, subject to size availability, and only in the same design, width, color and material of the original purchase. Alternatively, please take your shoe to a local cobbler and we will cover reasonable costs in the form of site credits.
We are very confident about our sizing and as we have spent almost 2 years perfecting the size of our shoes, our remake rate is only 1 for every 300 shoes.
